AME-HZE-03 Nanofiber Electrospinning Machine

The AME-HZE-03 electrospinning machine is a professional research equipment specially developed for the scientific research field. It is mainly used for preparing samples such as nanofiber membranes, coaxial structure fiber membranes, nanofiber tubes, and electrostatic atomization microspheres. Micro-propulsion system

Environmental temperature control

★ 1. Carbon fiber infrared radiation heating, with two temperature control methods: automatic temperature control and power adjustment. The temperature range is from room temperature to -65℃, with an accuracy of 0.1℃.

2. The bottom plate has an independent large-area and dispersed air intake and exhaust ports, ensuring gentle air intake and exhaust without interfering with the fiber jet.

Environmental dehumidification

1. Equipped with an 800W external dehumidifier module, it can effectively reduce humidity to ≥ 40RH% (humidity above 80RH%). (Optional)

2. Can be used independently. It has water level reminder, overheat protection, gentle air intake, and does not interfere with the jet stream.

Five-axis motion platform

1. The Y-axis of the injection pump can move automatically within the range of 0-20 cm, with a speed of 0.1-40.0 mm/second and a precision of 0.1 mm/second. It can automatically find the zero point.

2. The X-axis of the injection pump can be automatically adjusted within the range of 5-20 cm, with a speed of 1-10 mm/second.

3. The Z-axis of the injection pump can be manually adjusted in height within the range of 0-12 cm, and the height is self-locking with scale markings.

★4. The R-axis of the injection pump's direct spray nozzle angle can be manually adjusted and locked at any angle ranging from 0 to 90 degrees.

★5. The Y-axis of the roller collector can be freely adjusted in position, with an activity range of 0-12 cm. Four locks can be manually locked for convenient disassembly.

Universal joint spray-injection bracket

1. Equipped with a three-joint adjustable suspension bracket that can be folded and hidden;

★ 2. With 3-joint 360° angle indication and a pointer, it precisely records the spinning angle, making repeated experiments more accurate;

★ 3. The nozzle bracket is compatible with three-jet, five-jet, and seven-jet components, providing three types of jet assemblies, facilitating and enhancing the efficiency of spinning;
